Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my THEELK jewellery?

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

 

How do I exchange my THEELK jewellery?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. A valid proof of purchase must be present within 30 days of purchase and the items must be as new. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@theelk.net and we will provide further instructions.

 

I don’t have a valid proof of purchase. Can I still receive a refund, or exchange my THEELK jewellery? 

A receipt valid within 30 days of purchase must be presented to receive a full refund. We cannot offer a refund or exchange without a valid receipt.

Do you provides services such as cleaning and polishing, re-oxidising, plating, removal of scratches or other?

Currently we are not offering this service.

 

Warranty & Repairs

Does my THEELK jewellery have a warranty or guarantee?

THEELK will repair or replace manufacturing faults free of charge up to 30 dayss from the original date of purchase.

We are committed to high quality standards and if your jewellery is faulty or damaged, we politely request to back to us for assessment. We will be able to keep you up to date with the progress of your repair/replacement.

 

What if my THEELK jewellery is lost or stolen? 

The warranty does not entitle you to replacements or refunds for lost or stolen items.

 

Can my THEELK jewellery be repaired?
This depends on the work required and will be evaluated on assessment.

We offer a repairs service including replacing clasps, fixing clasps, re-threading of charms, removing stuck beads and tightening clips and clasps.

If your jewellery is outside of the warranty or where there is no proof of purchase, these services will be at a small cost. Charges must be paid to THEELK.
